    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 測定ダイアフラムの両側にシール、ダイアフラムが設け
    られ封入液の満された二封入液三ダイアフラム型であっ
    て、測定ダイアフラムを挟持する測定カプセルがハウジ
    ングの内部室に隙間をもって配置され、該隙間に前記封
    入液の一方が満された差圧測定装置において、前記ハウ
    ジングの内部空所に設けられ固定端が該ハウジングに固
    定されたベローズと該ベローズ内に設けられ該ベローズ
    の自由端に一一端が固定されたスプリングと陪スプリン
    グの他端にその一端が固定された断面Ｈ状をなすストッ
    パーと前記ベローズの内側と前記内部室とを連通ずる連
    通孔と前記ベローズの外側に前記−他方の封入液が満さ
    れるように設けられた連通孔とを具えるオーバーレンジ
    保護機構を具備したことを特徴とする差圧測定装置。
