射冷却形多段コレクタの代表的な構造を示すもの
であり、第2図aは、コレクタを、その中心軸を
通る平面で切つた断面図であり、第2図bは、第
2図aにおけるB―B線での断面を示したもので
ある。

タ電極とを備えた輻射冷却形多段コレクタであつ
て、 前記筒状絶縁体の各々は、前記棒状部材に切ら
れたネジに螺合するネジが切られた貫通孔と、該
貫通孔方向の一端に外径を小くしたコレクタ電極
の厚さよりも長い突出部と、他端に該突出部に嵌
合する凹陥部とを有することを特徴とする上記輻
