体をステンレス、ニツケル等の低熱伝導率の材料
で構成したことを特徴とする貫通コンデンサ。 ２ 筒状の外部導体の中心孔内に内部導体を挿通
させ、内部導体の一部に形成したフランジと外部
導体内面との軸方向間に誘電体を挾み、かつ外部
導体内に充填した樹脂によつて前記内部導体と誘
電体とを一体化してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲
