れたネジとナツトにより挾持され、この外側を金
属製真空外囲器で覆つた輻射冷却形多段コレクタ
において、前記磁器製絶縁体の中間部外面に凹状
溝を設け、同一コレクタ電極面上に配設された複
数個の磁器製絶縁体を該溝部を通る金属線で縛つ
