にはネジ部が設けられ外面が磁器製絶縁管で覆わ
れた支柱とナツトにより挾持され、この外側が金
属製真空外囲器に覆われた輻射冷却形多段コレク
タにおいて、前記支持部材と前記磁器製絶縁体と
の間に銅板を配設し、かつ、該銅板を間にはさん
で、前記支持部材と金属製真空外囲器とを複数の
ネジで締付け、接続したことを特徴とする輻射冷
