増倍装置であつて、 上記抵抗器は２次電子増倍管の出力端電極に導
通する中継支持棒および上記端子金具に夫々導通
する上記絶縁体板上に形成された導電膜と、これ
ら導電膜にまたがつて上記絶縁体板上に形成され
た膜状抵抗体とから構成されていることを特徴と
