Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 中空でないブロツク状の筐体を備え、該筐
体には筐体の中心に向つて放射状に案内され且つ
突出管状接続子に接続させた複数の流体溝を設け
、該接続子を筐体と一体に構成したことを特徴と
する超高純度ガスの減圧装置。 (2) 筐体を高級鋼で作つたことを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の超高純度ガス
の減圧装置。 (3) 筐体をクロムニツケル鋼で作つたことを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項又は第2
項記載の超高純度ガスの減圧装置。 (4) 筐体を下記の組成、即ち、 クロム 10.5乃至20%、好ましくは1
6.5乃至18.5%、 ニツケル 8.5%乃至14%、好ましくは
11乃至14%、 炭素 0.03乃至0.12%、好まし
くは0.03乃至0.07%、 の鋼で作つたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第1項乃至第3項のいづれか1項に記載の
超高純度ガスの減圧装置。 (5) 筐体を素材から機械加工して形成したこと
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項乃至
第4項のいづれか1項に記載の超高純度ガスの減
圧装置。 (6) 筐体を圧延又は鍛造したことを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項乃至第4項のいづ
れか1項に記載の超高純度ガスの減圧装置。 (7) 筐体を鋳造したものであることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項乃至第4項のい
づれか1項に記載の超高純度ガスの減圧装置。 (8) 筐体はその表面が電解研摩されていること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項乃至
第7項のいづれか1項に記載の超高純度ガスの減
圧装置。 (9) 接続子にはその自由端へ向つてテーパを付
けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
1項乃至第8項のいづれか1項に記載の超高純度
ガスの減圧装置。 (10) 筐体1はその表面の輪郭が正多角形であり
、該多角形の側面のいくつか又は全部の中央にそ
れぞれ接続子を配設したことを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第1項乃至第9項のいづれか1
項に記載の超高純度ガスの減圧装置。 〓(11)11〓 接続子はその自由端面が軌道溶接
が行なうに適していることを特徴とする実用新案
