Claims (1)
- 弁本体内に保持された筒状の弁座と、弁座内に
弁座と同軸に移動可能に装着された弁棒と、弁座
の出口下流にあつて弁棒の外周に弁座出口内径よ
りも大径な鍔状に形成された弁シート座とを具え
、弁座と弁シート座との係合により弁座内を通過
する気体の流量を制御する弁において、弁棒の弁
シート座より上流の外周に複数条の溝を軸方向に
何れも弁シート座に対して同一の近傍まで刻設し
てなることを特徴とする流量制御弁。
