Claims (1)
- 流体が通流する通路とその途中に形成した弁座
を有する弁箱と、弁箱内に設けられて弁座に当合
し得る弁体と、弁体を離座方向に付勢する弁体用
弾性体と、弁体に連繋されて弁箱に移動自在に設
けられた弁棒と、弁棒の外端に軸設されたカムロ
ーラと、弁体からカムローラまでの構成部分を弁
棒軸方向に相対移動可能に二分する分離箇所と、
分離箇所に介設されてこの部分を離間させるべく
付勢する弾性体と、カムローラに当合して弁棒を
作動させるカムと、弁箱に設けられてカムを回転
させるパルスモータとから構成した事を特徴とす
るカム式制御弁。
