【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の利用分野〕 本発明は、スクリーン印刷方法に係り、特に。
クリームはんだ、接着剤等の高粘度のペーストをスクリ
ーン印刷する場合に好適なスクリーン印刷方法に関する
。
〔従来技術〕
従来のスクリーン印刷法において、高粘度のペース１−
材料の印刷の場合、主スキージ前方には、常に不定形状
のペーストがあり主スキージにおける印刷圧力の分布は
一定せず、またエアのまき込み等により印刷かすれを発
生することがあった。高精度印刷を安定して行なう為に
は。
上記の問題点の解消が必要であった。なお、この種のス
クリーン印刷方法に関連する発明としては、特開昭５９
−９４８９５号及び特開昭５９−９４８９６号等が挙げ
られる。
〔発明の目的〕
この発明の目的とする所は、ペースト状印刷物をスクリ
ーン印刷法により印刷する場合において高粘度ペースト
を高精度に信頼性高く印刷できるスクリーン印刷方法を
提供することにある。
〔発明の概要〕
この発明の特徴とするところは、主スキージに加え補助
スキージを有する構造であり、補助スキージは、スキー
ジ進行方向に対して主スキージの前方に位置し、かつ、
印刷面に対し所定の間隔を保持しており、主スキージに
よるペースト印刷の前段階でペーストを一定の厚さに整
えながら主スキージによる本印刷を行なうことにより、
主スキージにおける印刷圧力の分布が一定となる。また
、エアのまき込み等が防止できることから印刷精度の安
定化が実現できるスクリーン印刷方法。
〔発明の実施例〕
以下、本発明の一実施例につき図面を用いて詳細に説明
する。
第１図は、補助スキージ５と主スキージ６を有する印刷
スキージにて、スクリーン１によりペースト４から印刷
基板２上にペースト層７を形成させている図である。
印刷方向に対し補助スキージ５を主スキージ６の前方に
配設しかつ、スクリーン１から補助スキージ５先端まで
の間隔を所定の間隔に設定することにより、主スキージ
６によりペースト４を印刷する前段として、補助スキー
ジ５によりスクリーン１上のペースト４を一定の厚みに
整えながら、スクリーン１上を移動することにより、主
スキージ６における印刷圧力の安定化。
エアのまき込み防止等が可能となり、特に高粘度ペース
ト材料に対して安定したスクリーン印刷が可能となる。
なお、補助スキージ５の形状は、使用するペースト４の
粘度等により、第２図や第３図の如き形状の補助スキー
ジが挙げられる。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明によれば、ペーストはんだ、接着剤等の高粘度ペ
ースト材料を高精度かつ信頼性高くスクリーン印刷可能
となる効果を得ることができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 　ペースト状材料をスクリーン印刷により印刷する方法
    において、主スキージと補助スキージを有するスキージ
    法であって、前記補助スキージは、印刷方向に対し、主
    スキージの前方に配設され、また補助スキージは、印刷
    面から所定の間隔を保持させた構造から成り、主スキー
    ジがペースト状材料を印刷する前段階にペースト状材料
    を一定の厚みに整えながら印刷する方法とすることによ
    り、特に高粘度のペースト状材料に対して高精度に、安
    定して印刷可能とすることを特徴とするスクリーン印刷
    方法。
