Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 底板に中央孔を設けた皿状のプレート外周
縁と中央孔周縁のフランジをそれぞれ重ね合わせ
て積層し、その上下端面に中央孔を有する上下端
板を固着して各プレートの間に偶数個の層状の空
室を形成し、各空室内に当該空室を貫通し上・下
隣接層を連通させる連通管を２本ずつ設けて、各
空室を１層おきに連通し互に隔絶した２種の流体
通路となし、最下層空室を貫通する一方の連通管
の下端を下端板の連通孔を介して下方に開放し、
上端板の上面に筒状外側壁と中央口を具えた平板
状上蓋とそして内部隔壁とで第１、第２、第３流
体室を形成し、第１、第３流体室はそれぞれ最上
層の空室を貫通する２本の連通管の１本ずつと上
端板の連通孔を介して連通するとともに外側壁に
設けた開口で外部と連通し、第２流通室は上端板
の連通孔を介して最上層の空室に連通するととも
に上蓋の中央口に連通し、かつ前記筒状外側壁に
設けた上下方向の間隙に前記内部隔壁の先端部を
挾持させて、前記プレートと上下端板とともに、
筒状外側壁、内部隔壁および上蓋を一体的にろう
着してなる、ハウジングレス式熱交換器。 (2) 前記層状の空室を貫通する連通管がプレー
ト底板の開口周縁に一体的に設けた立上りフラン
ジである、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
ハウジングレス式熱交換器。
