[Detailed description of the invention] This invention electrochemically modifies the printing surface by applying corona discharge treatment to the printing surface of the molding as a pretreatment for printing on synthetic resin moldings, thereby making the surface finer. In order to roughen the surface and improve the printing effect, a synthetic resin molded body is placed between the anode and the cathode, and the surface of the molded body is treated by corona discharge between the two electrodes. The purpose of this is to improve work efficiency by performing corona discharge treatment continuously and smoothly in a state of continuous transport. A mandrel made of a rod is inserted internally as a cathode rod, and a large number of the molded bodies are held on the periphery of a continuously rotating turntable and moved on a circular trajectory, and the molded bodies are moved in a circular path along a part of the outside of the circular trajectory. An anode discharge piece having an arcuate discharge surface is fixed to the outer wall of a molded body whose discharge surface moves with an appropriate discharge interval, and the molded body that moves opposite to the discharge surface is placed on a turntable. It is characterized by being able to rotate on its own axis.

The synthetic resin molded bodies a having a cylindrical body part a' are sequentially fed one by one onto a rotatable table piece 5 provided on a turntable 2 by a star wheel 4,
While being transported along a circular trajectory by rotation of the table 2 in the direction of the arrow, the cylindrical portion contacts the printing transfer cylinder 6.
After the outer surface of a′ is printed, it is further transported to face the ultraviolet irradiation drying device 7, where it is dried while rotating in contact with the endless belt 8, and then sent one by one onto the table 2 by the star wheel 9. taken from.

Note that the molded body a supplied onto the turntable 2
For this, a mandrel 1 consisting of a metal rod that moves up and down is provided, and when the molded body a is supplied onto the table 2, it is lowered and inserted into and inscribed in the molded body a, thereby forming the molded body a. The mandrel 1 serves as a cathode rod in the discharge treatment to be described later, and also serves as a receiving member for the molded body a by clamping pressure with the transfer cylinder 6 during printing.

An arc-shaped discharge surface 3 concentric with the circle of the movement locus of the molded body a is provided at a position immediately before the printing section in the printing device.
The anode discharge piece 3 having a distance a is set at an appropriate discharge interval α with respect to the outer wall of the molded body a moving on its discharge surface 3a.
It was established and maintained. Note that a large number of small unevenness lines are formed on the arc-shaped discharge surface 3a.

While the molded product a on the table is transferred along the arcuate discharge surface 3a of the discharge piece 3 by the rotation of the turntable 2, the cylindrical part 3a of the molded product a is rotated on the table 2. Friction members 10 and 11 are provided in tension so as to be in contact with the upper part of the table piece 4, and the molded article a is rotated by moving while in contact with these members. Incidentally, instead of the friction members 10 and 11, an endless belt may be used to actively drive and rotate.

Thus, by rotating the turntable 2, the molded product a
Immediately before reaching the printing site by being transported along a circular trajectory, the molded object a is transported along the anode discharge piece 3 to which an appropriate voltage is applied, and a corona discharge is generated from the discharge piece 3 using the mandrel 1 as a cathode. The surface of the peripheral wall of the molded body a is modified by the discharge action, and while moving along the arc-shaped discharge surface 3a, the rotation of the molded body a causes the entire circumferential surface of the cylindrical part of the molded body to be modified. A pretreatment by corona discharge is performed, and the molded article a that has been subjected to the treatment is then successively printed in a printing section.

In this way, the present invention moves the arcuate discharge surface 3a along the movement locus of the molded body a which sequentially and continuously moves along the circular locus by the rotation of the turntable 2.
Since the anode discharge piece 3 having the anode discharge piece 3 is provided, the molded bodies a sequentially fed onto the turntable 2 have their surfaces continuously pre-treated by corona discharge and are continuously sent out, making use of circular motion. The present invention is extremely advantageous as a pre-processing device for automatic machines that perform continuous printing, and has the advantage of being extremely simple in structure.
