However, this work mostly relies on manual labor as there is no suitable equipment, and it is uneconomical as the paper tube that serves as the horizontal bar can hardly be extracted and reused.
Since it is troublesome to have to take out the core metal etc. after winding, and furthermore, the winding operation itself requires considerable manpower, there has been a demand for a suitable winding device.

The present invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and it is possible to produce a glass wool mat-like object in a very short time.
It relates to a device that automatically and reliably winds up products without the need for horizontal bars, etc., and in particular, rotates one belt conveyor in accordance with the outside diameter of the rolled up product, and
Another belt conveyor is rotated to make it easier to reject rolled-up products that have finished rolling up, and another belt conveyor with a slow circulation speed is installed to make the rolled-up products more solid. It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel winding device which is equipped with a press roll for pressing a traveling mat-like object.

以下図面を参煕して実施例に基いて本発明を詳述する。The present invention will be described in detail below based on embodiments with reference to the drawings.

Now, another belt conveyor B is arranged so that the belt sheave 4 is placed at a position slightly separated from the position of the belt sheave 1, and that the belt conveyor B is connected to the conveyor A as a whole in a state that will be described later. It is installed diagonally to form an acute angle.

When the mat-like object reaches the vicinity of the meeting point 7 of belt conveyor B, its tip comes into contact with the belt 8 of belt conveyor B circulating in the opposite direction and is naturally reversed. The movement changes from the tip to a rotation due to the effect of the frictional force between the belt and the object.

Next, as shown in FIG.
As shown in Figure d, the plate-like mat-like object can be completely rolled up into a cylindrical shape as it is rolled up in a spiral shape around the tip and its outer diameter gradually becomes a dog.

Further, in the present invention, the belt conveyor B is rotated about the belt pulley 4 in the direction of the arrow 10.

This is because if the respective positions of belt conveyors A and B are fixed, the mat-like object rolling up will gradually come out from the meeting point 7 as shown in Fig. 2d. When rejecting rolled-up products in the vicinity of 7, it is inappropriate to do so from the wholesale lower point, so the belt conveyor B is moved around the belt wheel 4 at the arrow 10 corresponding to the outer diameter of the rolled-up product.

Furthermore, in the apparatus of the present invention, the belt conveyor A is made rotatable in the direction of arrow 11 about the belt wheel 1', so that objects rolled up can be easily disposed of by the belt conveyor A.

Furthermore, in the apparatus of the present invention, the circulation speed of belt conveyor C is set to be slightly lower than the circulation speed of belt conveyor C and belt conveyor B (20 predominance) so that the mat-like object is rolled up smoothly.
, and the upper blade of the conveyor C is provided with a presser roll 12 that applies a pressing force to the mat-like object running on the conveyor, so that the mat-like object fed into the force direction of the conveyor A is somewhat It is designed to be rolled up in an extended state.

Since the present invention is based on the above configuration, it is possible to quickly and reliably transport glass wool mat-like objects by working together with two belt conveyors brought together and a belt conveyor whose circulation speed is slightly lower than that of the two conveyors. In addition, it is rolled up without using paper tubes etc. so that the finish is firm, and it is extremely easy to dispose of it after being rolled up, resulting in significant labor savings and material savings compared to conventional technology. This is an extremely useful device that saves money.
