- 複数の半導体集積回路装置が規制的に配置され
た集合体において、前記各半導体集積回路装置中
の各ブロツク回路と電源線とを接続する位置に電
流検出部を設け、この電流検出部の許容電流値を
半導体集積回路装置の集合体上の位置に対応して
規則的かつ段階的に設定したことを特徴とする半
導体集積回路装置の集合体。
