Claims (1)
- シヤフトが軸方向に移動する軸封部に装着する
メカニカルシールにおいて、本体側に気密的かつ
軸方向摺動自在に担持したフローテイングシート
とスラスト受間にシヤフト側に外挿したスライダ
ーを介挿し、該スライダーの端面に嵌合したシー
ルリングを上記フローテイングシートと対向し、
本体側とフローテイングシート間に弾装したコイ
ルスプリングにより密接するとともに、前記スラ
イダーをシヤフト側に対してシール部材を介して
気密的に、かつ回り止め手段を介して担持して構
成し、該シール部および回り止め手段がシヤフト
の軸方向移動を許容する構造になることを特徴と
するメカニカルシール。
