Description
第１図は本考案に係る油圧緩衝器の下端部の断
面図、第２図及び第３図はピストンの伸び側行程
時のシートパイプの油孔とアジヤストバルブ、チ
エツクバルブとの関係を示すシートパイプの部分
側面図及び断面図、第４図は従来の油圧緩衝器の
下端部の断面図である。 尚、図面中１は緩衝器、２はボトムケース、４
はシートパイプ、５，６は油孔、８はフオークパ
イプ、１０はセンターボルト、１１，１２はアジ
ヤストロツド、１３はアジヤストバルブ、１６は
油孔、１７はチエツクバルブ、１８はコイルばね
である。

側面図及び断面図、第４図は従来の油圧緩衝器の
下端部の断面図である。 尚、図面中１は緩衝器、２はボトムケース、４
はシートパイプ、５，６は油孔、８はフオークパ
イプ、１０はセンターボルト、１１，１２はアジ
ヤストロツド、１３はアジヤストバルブ、１６は
油孔、１７はチエツクバルブ、１８はコイルばね
である。
Claims (1)
- ボトムケース内にシートパイプを植設し、この
ボトムケースとシートパイプとの間にフオークパ
イプを摺動自在に挿通した油圧緩衝器において、
前記シートパイプにはシートパイプ内外の油室を
連通する油孔を穿設し、シートパイプ内側下端部
にはアジヤストロツドを上下動可能に設け、この
アジヤストロツドに前記油孔の部分に位置し得る
アジヤストバルブを固定し、このアジヤストバル
ブにはアジヤストバルブの油孔を圧縮行程で閉塞
し伸び行程で開放してシートパイプ内の油をアジ
ヤストバルブとシートパイプの油孔を介してシー
トパイプとボトムケースとの間の油室に流出させ
るチエツクバルブを設けたことを特徴とする減衰
力可変式油圧緩衝器。
