Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被覆された芯線を有するデイスクリートワイヤ
    をプリント基板上に布線するためのワイヤボンダ
    において、 前記デイスクリートワイヤのボビン側の一端に
    抵抗を介して電圧引加する如く構成するとともに
    、 前記デイスクリートワイヤのボンデイング操作
    側の搬送経路に、導体より成りアース電位と接続
    された検知部を前記デイスクリートワイヤと接触
    し得る如く設けて成り、 加えて前記検知部が前記芯線と接触した場合に
    おける前記ボビン側の一端の電圧降下を検出する
    検出回路と、ワイヤボンデイング作業上のボンデ
    イング接合時以外のタイミングで、 該検出回路が電圧降下を検出した場合これを保
    持して警報を出力する警報回路を設けて構成され
    ることを特徴とするワイヤボンダ。
