Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　ラベルを剥離可能に貼付したテープの繰り出
    し部と、繰り出されたテープの巻き取り部と、その繰り
    出し部と巻き取り部との間に設けられテープのラベル貼
    付面と反対面側に折返すテープ折返し案内部と、このテ
    ープ折返し案内部の先端近傍にあってラベルが一部剥離
    されたことを検出する光センサと、この光センサの検出
    状態に応じて上記テープ巻き取り部の駆動を制御する制
    御部とを具備したことを特徴とするラベル剥離装置。
  2. （２）テープ折返し案内部は、テープの長さ方向に対し
    傾斜していることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載のラベル剥離装置。
