Claims (1)
- ウエーハ等の試料を載物して移動する試料載物
テーブルにおいて、上記載物テーブルにウエーハ
等の試料が正常に載物された事を検出する手段と
して載物テーブル上に載物した試料の重さで変位
するバネ体と載物テーブルに貫通した光路とを設
け、該光路の一部を上記バネ体の変位によつて遮
光することにより検知することを特徴とする試料
載物テーブル。
