Claims (1)
ぞれ密閉室を形成するように前記各中空筒体の各
両端開口部にそれぞれ低融点金属の溶着により気
密に装着され、前記各中空筒体内において各放電
面が互いに間隙をもつて対向する2つの主電極お
よび中間電極とを有し、前記密閉室内に不活性ガ
スを封入してなる3電極形ガス入アレスタにおい
て、前記3電極は前記各中空筒体より熱膨張係数
の大きな導電部材で形成され、前記3電極の中の
少くとも2つの電極はそれぞれ前記中空筒体の両
端開口部に装着される鍔部を有する封着用電極部
およびこの封着用電極部の中央部に装着される放
電用電極部により形成され、且つ前記3電極の各
放電面間の各放電間隙寸法は、前記各放電面間を
互いに接触させた状態で前記3電極を前記各中空
筒体の各両端開口部にそれぞれ低融点金属の溶着
により気密に装着し、その装着後に室温まで冷却
したときに前記3電極と前記各中空筒体との熱膨
張係数の差により生ずる各間隙寸法にしてなるこ
