図において、１は計算機、２はインターフエイ
ス回路、３は導電率測定器、２１，２２，２３は
Ｄ／Ａ変換器、８，１２，１５は能動素子回路で
ある。なお図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符
号を付して示してある。
