【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案に係る車両のステアリング支持
構造の一例をそれが適用された車両の一部と共に
示す概略断面図、第２図は第１図に示される例の
要部を示す斜視図、第３図は第１図に示される例
が適用された車両の衝突時におけるステアリング
ホイールの変位の説明に供される図、第４図は従
来の車両のステアリング支持構造の説明に供され
る図である。 図中、１０はアツパーダツシユパネル、１２は
カウルボツクス、１４はステアリングコラム支持
バー、１６はロアーダツシユパネル、１８はダツ
シユパネルブラケツト、２６はアツパーステアリ
ングブラケツト、２８はステアリングシヤフト、
３０はステアリングコラム、３２はステアリング
ホイール、３８は係合部材、４０はロアーブラケ
ツト、４２はダツシユパネル側固定部、４４はス
テアリングコラム側固定部、４８は切欠部、５４
はボルトである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ステアリングホイールが取り付けられたステア
    リングシヤフトが回動自在に挿通せしめられたス
    テアリングコラムと、車室前方に配されて車幅方
    向に伸びるカウルボツクスの少なくとも車室側に
    位置する壁面を形成するアツパーダツシユパネル
    に一端部が固定され、他端部に上記ステアリング
    コラムが取り付けられるステアリングブラケツト
    と、車体に固定されて車幅方向に伸びる部分によ
    り上記ステアリングブラケツトの他端部を支持す
    るステアリングコラム支持部材と、上記ステアリ
    ングコラムの下部に取り付けられるステアリング
    コラム側固定部、及び、車室とエンジンルームと
    を仕切るロアーダツシユパネルもしくはそれに固
    定された部材に取り付けられて上記ステアリング
    コラムの下部を支持すべく上記ステアリングコラ
    ム側固定部に連結され、上記車体が所定以上の衝
    撃荷重を受ける際には、上記ステアリングコラム
    支持部材による支持部を支点とした上記ステアリ
    ングコラムの回動を許すべく、上記ステアリング
    コラム側固定部から離脱せしめられるダツシユパ
    ネル側固定部を含むロアーブラケツトとを備える
    ことを特徴とする車両のステアリング支持構造。
