３……芯棒、３５……案内部、４……環状隙間、
５……吸着部、６……リング状部材、９……圧縮

Claims (1)
- 筒状の治具本体の開口部に芯棒を出没可能に挿
入し、上記開口部と芯棒との間に環状の隙間を設
けて吸着部を構成すると共に、上記芯棒の先端に
上記開口部先端から突出する案内部を設け、さら
に治具本体に上記芯棒を突出させる方向に付勢す
る付勢手段を備えて成ることを特徴とするリング
状部材の真空吸着治具。
