Claims (1)
- 下端面に真空吸着孔を開口したコレツトにてワ
ークを吸着する装置において、上記コレツトは、
外筒部材に異径筒体の径大部を軸方向に可動自在
に挿入するとともに異径方向の可動範囲に規制す
る手段を設けかつ、外筒部材に異径筒体の退入に
より閉塞される貫通孔を穿設したことを特徴とす
る真空吸着装置。
