Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 直流母線間に直列接続された１対のトランジス
    タを複数組並列接続して構成したトランジスタイ
    ンバータにおいて、前記１対のトランジスタを同
    一平面上で一列に複数賜を配列させると共に隣り
    合うトランジスタのエミツタ端子とコレクタ端子
    の位置が同一線上に配列されるよう構成し、前記
    １対のトランジスタの交流出力取り出し側のエミ
    ツタ端子とコレクタ端子とを短い接続導体で接続
    し、直流側の正負極接続導体は各トランジスタの
    コレクタ端子とエミツタ端子に接続したことを特
    徴とするトランジスタインバータ。
