Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被加工物を定盤上に貼着された研磨布に押
圧させて研磨するポリシング装置において、前記
定盤の研磨布貼着面に複数条の溝部を切設し、か
つこれら溝部に空気抜き孔を貫通形成したことを
特徴とするポリシング装置。 (2) 前記溝部を碁盤目状に切設したことを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のポ
リシング装置。 (3) 前記溝部を同心円状もしくはスパイラル状
に切設したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項に記載のポリシング装置。
