Claims (1)
透明基板間に液晶が封入され、上記一方の透明基
板の内面に複数の表示電極が設けられ、これら各
表示電極にドレイン側がそれぞれ接続された複数
の薄膜トランジスタが上記透明基板に形成され、
上記複数の表示電極と対向して他方の透明基板の
内面に共通電極が形成され、上記薄膜トランジス
タのゲート電極がゲートバスに接続され、ソース
電極がソースバスに接続され、ドレイン電極が表
示電極に接続され、これら薄膜トランジスタを選
択的にスイツチング制御して上記表示電極を選択
的に表示する液晶表示素子において、 上記ドレイン電極は上記表示電極の一辺より一
部が突出延長されて形成され、 上記ソース電極は上記ソースバスの一側縁より
一部が突出延長されて形成されていることを特徴
