において、前記薄膜トランジスタは少なくともゲ
ート電極とゲート絶縁膜と半導体層とソースおよ
びドレイン電極からなり、前記透明画素電極の積
層位置を前記ゲートラインとデータラインとの間
にくるように前記ソース電極と電気的に接続して
形成するとともに、前記データラインと前記ドレ
イン電極を前記ゲート絶縁膜とは異なる第2の絶
縁膜を介して電気的に接続したことを特徴とする
