Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 清浄空気雰囲気に維持された作業室と、この作
    業室との隔壁に形成された物品出入口で作業室に
    通じる物品搬送室と、この物品搬送室内を移動し
    、前記物品出入口の手前定位置にて作業室との間
    で物品の受け渡しが行われる物品収納搬送用搬送
    ボツクスと、この搬送ボツクスに、搬送ボツクス
    が前記物品出入口手前定位置に在る時に、物品出
    入口周辺部との隙間を遮断する方向に伸縮自在に
    装着された筒状シール手段と、前記物品出入口と
    搬送ボツクスの搬送路の間に、物品出入口を開閉
    する方向に往復動可能に配置され、系外より空気
    を吸引して除塵して清浄空気を物品出入口と反対
    側に吹き出すクリーンユニツトとを具備したこと
    を特徴とする物品搬送装置。
