This type of conventional panel is called the OA Song, and a floor panel suitable for office automation (OA>1168) was developed as a suitable floor panel for off-room and f-rooms equipped with OA>1168. 1: The floor panels were supported at a predetermined height using support legs so as to be lifted from the floor base such as a concrete slab to a predetermined height. The feature is that it can be freely removed even after it has been installed, so that cords under the floor can be freely inserted and removed when new OA weapons are installed or moved. The floor panels that make up such an OA floor are , l1tl

In this invention, when the cylindrical shape is applied from above the floor panel, it is possible to sufficiently resist the tensile force acting on the lower surface of the floor panel, and the overall strength can be increased. Furthermore, even if moisture is spilled on the floor, the floor panel itself does not absorb moisture, so the floor panel will not sip.

In the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, reinforcing ribs 12 are formed on the bottom surface of the panel body 11.
・They are not all the same height and thickness, but are molded thicker and taller in areas related to overall strength, and thinner and lower in areas where local strength is required. Where the reinforcing ribs 12 should be made thinner or taller can be changed in various ways depending on the application and the like. Further, the cross-sectional shape of the rear section itself is not limited to a rectangular shape, and various shapes can be formed.

In the third embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a space surrounded by reinforcing ribs 12 is filled with a filler material 4. As the filler 4, a foam material such as polyurethane foam is used. Alternatively, the back plate 5 may be attached after filling the filler 4. By filling the space surrounded by the reinforcing ribs 12 with a filler material 4 such as polyurethane foam, it is possible to reduce the weight, have sufficient strength, and have excellent sound insulation properties. A floor panel 1 can be constructed. FIGS. 7 and 8 are back views showing the number of molding patterns of the reinforcing ribs 12. In addition to those shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the reinforcing ribs 12 can be molded into various patterns. Each of the embodiments shown in FIGS. 9 to 15 shows an example in which the support cape 2 is designed to easily fit into the support leg 2.

In FIG. 9, a recess 6 into which the head 21 of the support 11112 fits is formed in the reinforced rear 12, and in FIG. 6. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, a protrusion 7.7 is formed at the reinforcing rib 12, and support columns 8.8 are formed on both sides of the reinforcing rib 12. The structure is such that the head 21 of the support leg 2 is fitted into the area surrounded by the support columns 8.8. 1st

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 18, a strength member 2o is inserted at the tip end side of the reinforcing rib 12. When the strength member 20 is inserted at the tip of the reinforcing rib 12, the resistance against the tensile force on the lower surface of the floor panel 1 is further increased. As the strength member 20, for example, a one-way glass mm made of fibers and impregnated with resin, a steel material with a roughened surface, or the like is used. This strength member 20 is preferably inserted along the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing rib 20.

As explained above, according to the present invention, at least the four corners of the floor are supported by the support legs! I! It is a floor panel that is laid so as to maintain a predetermined height from the floor and can be freely removed after being laid. The panel body is molded from RA reinforced synthetic grease-repellent material and has reinforcing ribs on the bottom.
Since it is body-molded, the entire body is molded from a glue-strengthened synthetic resin material, making it excellent in moisture resistance, lightweight, easy to process, and has sufficient strength. Furthermore, even when a part of the floor spring is often cut out when used as an OA floor, there is less risk that the vicinity of the support leg of the cut-out floor panel will be destroyed. Furthermore, the reinforcing ribs formed on the bottom surface can be freely formed into various patterns. In addition, since it can be made lighter, it is easier to remove it once it has been installed. Furthermore, when considering the building as a whole, it has the advantage of reducing the burden on the building and reducing construction costs. Even in the case of renovation, an OA floor can be installed without reinforcing the floor.
