この考案は床の音や振動を効果的に減少させる

最近、集合住宅等において、音や振動の隣家へ
の伝播が問題になつている。特に床の衝撃によつ
て直下階および隣接する住宅に伝わる騒音,振動
が問題である。従来、これに対処する方法として
スラブ躯体を厚くしたり、床上にクツシヨン材を
敷いたり、あるいはスラブ上に床が分散支持され
た浮床構造が知られている。しかし、スラブ躯体
をむやみに厚くすることは建物の重量が大きくな
つて構造設計上問題である。また、床がクツシヨ
ン材等で分散支持されたり、全面支持されている
浮床構造はせつかくクツシヨン材が使用されてい
るのに充分な騒音および振動の低減効果が期待で

維補強コンクリートで成形しかつ下方向に開口す
る断面略溝形状に成形したから、材質的および構
造的に補強され緩衝材の設置間隔を広げることが
できる。また、設備管設備用の穴開け並びに床板
