Recently, in apartment complexes, etc., the propagation of sound and vibrations to neighboring houses has become a problem. In particular, the noise and vibrations transmitted to the floors immediately below and adjacent residences due to floor impacts are a problem. Conventionally, methods for dealing with this problem include making the slab frame thicker, laying cushion material on the floor, or creating a floating floor structure in which the floor is distributed and supported on the slab. However, making the slab frame too thick increases the weight of the building, which is a problem in terms of structural design. Furthermore, floating floor structures in which the floor is supported in a dispersed manner or entirely supported by cushioning materials cannot be expected to have sufficient noise and vibration reduction effects, even though cushioning materials are used.

This idea was devised to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems. The floor is placed on multiple cushioning materials placed at highly rigid positions of the slab to form a floating floor, and the floating floor and wall The object of the present invention is to provide a floating floor structure that effectively reduces floor noise and vibration by arranging a cushioning material between the floor and the floor.

The joist 2 is formed into a substantially groove-shaped cross section, and the lower surfaces of both ends thereof are placed on the slab 1 at a position of high rigidity, that is, across the beams 4 or their vicinity, in parallel and at a predetermined interval, with the opening of the groove downward. It is placed on a plurality of cushioning materials 5, 5 placed on or near the beams 4, 4. Further, the joist 2 is formed of fiber-reinforced concrete such as steel fiber concrete or carbon fiber concrete, and a plurality of ribs 6 are formed inside the joist 2 at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the joist 2. Further, the edge width t and edge thickness d of the joists 2 are designed depending on the material of the joists 2 or the cross-sectional shape of the joists 2.

The cushioning material 5 is formed of vibration-proof rubber or a cushioning rubber pad, and the height of the floor can be freely adjusted by appropriately changing the thickness of the cushioning material 5.

This idea consists of the above-mentioned structure, and since the joists of the floor component are placed on multiple cushioning materials placed on the slab in a highly rigid position, for example on the beam, the sound and vibration of the floor spreads to the slab. Noise and vibration transmitted to the floor immediately below and adjacent residences due to the impact of the floor is effectively prevented. In addition, the joists are made of fiber-reinforced concrete such as steel fiber concrete or carbon fiber concrete, and are formed into a generally groove-shaped cross section that opens downward, so they are materially and structurally reinforced and the spacing between cushioning materials can be increased. Can be done. It is also possible to drill holes for equipment pipes and drive nails for fixing floorboards.
