In the conventional floor structure, as shown in FIG. 11, the panel 100 is placed on the support legs 20 provided on the floor base 10 to form a space between the panel 100 and the floor base 10. This panel 100
In order to facilitate workability during wiring, it is desired to reduce the weight. Therefore, the flat plate portion 101 is formed by aluminum die casting or the like, and a large number of ribs 102 are formed on the lower surface of the flat plate portion 101. The tips of the ribs 102 are placed on the support legs 20, but when a load is applied to the flat plate portion 101, stress concentrates on the tips of the ribs 102 placed on the support legs 20 and the rib tips 103 immediately below the load point. Was there.

In the conventional example shown in FIG. 11, the result as shown by the symbol B in FIG. 9 was obtained. That is, since stress concentrates on the tips 103 of the ribs 102 near the center, the amount of bending of the entire panel 100 increases and there is a problem in strength. So rib 10
In order to avoid stress concentration at the tip of No. 2, attempts were made to increase the tip of the rib 102. However, rib 10
By making the tip of 2 large, it became difficult to achieve weight reduction. Further, it is difficult or impossible to make only the tips of the ribs 102 large by integral molding.

On the upper surface of the panel 1, that is, each rib 1B ...
A finishing material 3 is placed on the upper end of the. The support leg 20 can be used as the support leg 20 by, for example, bulging a synthetic resin sheet 20A to form a protrusion 20B. The synthetic resin sheet 20A is suitable for use, for example, in which a thermoplastic resin material such as a vinyl chloride resin or a polyethylene resin having a thickness of about 0.5 to 3.0 mm is vacuum-molded to form the projections 20B and the projections 2, and the like. As the finishing material 3, carpet, synthetic resin tile, or the like is used.

As described above, according to the present invention, a large number of support legs for setting a space between the floor base and the panel are provided on the floor base, and the flat plate portion of the panel is placed on the upper ends of the support legs. Since a large number of ribs in one direction or a grid pattern were formed on the upper surface of the panel flat plate portion, and the finishing material was placed on the numerous rib tips,
When a load is applied from above the panel, great strength and rigidity can be exhibited. Further, since it is not necessary to enlarge the rib tips or perform special processing for increasing the strength, it becomes easy to reduce the weight, and the moldability is not impaired. Further, since the moldability is good and the integral molding is possible, the cost can be reduced. Furthermore, since the weight can be reduced, the wiring under the floor can be easily stored and the wiring can be easily changed.
