示す。第２図は本考案の型締装置に使用する射出
装置の平面図である。 符号の説明、１０：油圧シリンダ、３０：ラム
、３１，３１′：ロツド、３２，３２′：第１可
動盤、３５，３５′：分割型ホツトランナーブロ
ツク、３８′，６７：第２可動盤、６０：固定型
ホツトランナーブロツク、８５：射出装置。
右側は分割式ホツトランナーブロツクの実施例、
左側は固定式ホツトランナーブロツクの実施例を
示す。第２図は本考案の型締装置に使用する射出

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 加圧シリンダ内に嵌合して前進、後退可能なラ
ムの前後にピストンロツドを配設してなる交互式
型締装置を備えてなる射出成形装置において、下
記(イ)、(ロ)、(ハ)、(ニ)、(ホ)および(ヘ)を構
成要素とする交互射出成形装置。 (イ) 上記各ロツドの先端には第１可動盤が各々
連設されていること。 (ロ) 該各第１可動盤の各対向面の表裏に射出ノ
ズルを有するホツトランナーブロツクを介して第
２可動盤が対設されていること。 (ハ) 該ホツトランナーブロツクの一方が固定式
で、他方が分割式に形成されていること。 (ニ) 前記第１可動盤、第２可動盤に雄型か雌型
を、前記ホツトランナーブロツク側には雌型か雄
型か雄型が配設されていること。 (ホ) 上記加圧シリンダ内のラムの移動に同調し
て前進、後退する前記第１可動盤、第２可動盤を
開閉すべく該第１可動盤、第２可動盤、金型およ
びホツトランナーブロツクを支柱に挿通せしめて
型締装置が形成されていること。 (ヘ) 該型締装置の開閉に同期して左右に射出装
置が移行されること。
