Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 天井部に水平に設置したＨＥＰＡフイルタ
    を通して室内に清浄空気を垂直下方に吹き出すク
    リーンルームの一方の側壁または対向し合う側壁
    に各々独立運転可能な空気調和機を多数個設置し
    、前記ＨＥＰＡフイルタ上流側の上部空間に連通
    した給気口と、室内の下部空間に連通した還気口
    とを設け、前記給気口および還気口を介して空気
    調和機を通過した空気を循環させる空気調和装置
    。 (2) 空気調和機は循環送風用の送風機の吐出口
    に直結した消音ケフラーと、前記消音マフラーの
    吐出側に、吸音材を貼付した遮音壁を有する消音
    チヤンバーとを備え、前記送風機の吸込側に連通
    する還気口には消音エルボと吸音板によるスプリ
    ツタ形消音器を構成し、空調機本体内に一体構造
    とした、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の空
    気調和装置。 (3) 互いに隣接する空気調和機を密着させて設
    置し、側壁を形成した実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の空気調和装置。
