Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 此の発明は小型で強力な無段変速機を提供する目的で考
えられたものです。
従来の無段変速機かベルト、摩擦板、浦等に依るものが
多く、大型となり且スリップ等の不安が有りまず。
本考案は此を解決するためクラッチと偏心板の組合せで
行うものです。
即ち第２図に示す如く出力軸２にローラークラッチ１２
を嵌めたクラッチ板８を３個直列に並べて嵌め［１−ラ
ークラッチ１２で直接出力軸２を回転させる様にし、駆
動軸１のＡとＢを３本の連結軸３で固定し、ベアリング
で出力軸２を軸に回転させ連結軸３で回るアーム４に付
けたローラーベアリング１０の上下運動を連結板５でク
ラッチ板を動かして出力軸を加速します。
偏心板９はボデー１３に案内溝１５を設けて、偏心板９
の２本のピンを入れてワイヤー１７で動く偏心板擢動レ
バー１６の有する溝で一本のピンを微動して偏心状態と
なり此の偏心板９の溝の中を回るローラーベアリングＩ
Ｏでアーム４を動かして出力軸は加速し３個のローラー
クラッチ１２が順に作動して一定の変速比を得られまず
。
以上の構造から此を自転車・オートバイ・自動車・産業
用機械等に利用すれば大変効果の有るものと思われます
。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 出力軸２に直接ローラークラッチ１２を嵌め込んだクラ
    ッチ板８を３個直列に取付けローラークラッチ１２の回
    転で出力軸２を一方向に回る様にし、駆動軸１のＡとＢ
    を連結軸３で固定し、出力軸２を回転出来る様にし連結
    軸３、３本にそれぞれアーム４を回る様に付けアーム４
    とクラッチ板８をピン６で連結板５を連結しアーム４に
    取付けたローラーベアリング１０がボデー１３の案内溝
    １５で摺動する偏心板９の溝の中を回り偏心板擢動レバ
    ー１６をワイヤー１７で引いて偏心状態となるとアーム
    ４が上下運動をクラッチ板８に伝えローラークラッチ１
    ２が出力軸２を加速する。この加速を３個のローラーク
    ラッチ１２が順々に作用して円滑な変速比を得る事の出
    来る無段変速機。
