を示した正断面図で、第２図は検知器の拡大正面
図、第３図は第２図Ａ−Ａ線の断面図で、第４図
は検知器の内部を更に拡大して示した断面図、第
５図はプレダストボツクスを用いた研磨機用集塵
装置の一例を示した構成図である。 １０はエアーダクト、１２は検知器、１２ａは
前面、１８は入光穴、１９は受光センサ、２４は
保護ガラス、２５はクリーニングブラシ、２６は
注入口、Ｔは隙間。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 前面に入光穴を穿設し、この入光穴の内側部に
    火花検知用の受光センサを取付け、これ等入光穴
    と受光センサの間隔には、クリーニングブラシ付
    きの透明な保護ガラス板を回転自在に介在して成
    る火花検知器を、エアーダクトの途中に設けた取
    付部内に、その前面をエアーの流れ方向に向けて
    取付けると共に、上記火花検知器の内部に外気を
    注入自在に構成して、この注入された外気を、上
    記受光センサと保護ガラスに接触させながら、こ
    れ等各受光センサ及び保護ガラスの隙間を通して
    上記入光穴よりエアーダクト内に排気する様に構
    成したことを特徴とする火花検知装置。
