Claims (1)
- リードフレームを吸着して搬送する吸着機構を
備え、この吸着機構が前記リードフレームを吸着
している状態と、吸着していない状態とを判別す
る検出器を有する装置において、上記検出器は上
記リードフレームに離間して対面して上記リード
フレームの有無を判別する非接触型で構成されて
いることを特徴とするリードフレームの吸着検出
装置。
