Claims (1)
- 周縁にオリエンテーシヨンフラツトを有する半
導体ウエーハを吸着保持するターンテーブルと、
上記ターンテーブルを回転駆動し、かつ、モータ
本体にターンテーブルの現在回転位置を連続的に
検出するエンコーダを付設した駆動モータと、上
記ターンテーブルの近傍定位置に配設され、かつ
、ターンテーブル上に吸着保持された半導体ウエ
ーハのオリエンテーシヨンフラツトを検出する光
電式の検出センサと、上記検出センサ及びエンコ
ーダから出力された検出信号に基づいて、ターン
テーブルを、半導体ウエーハのオリエンテーシヨ
ンフラツトが定位置になるように停止させる停止
信号を出力する制御手段とを具備することを特徴
とするスピンコータ装置。
