Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 洗浄室内に収容した被処理物に対し、油によ
    る洗浄処理と空圧源より高圧空気供給ラインを通
    じて供給される高圧空気によるエアー洗浄処理と
    を行う高圧洗浄装置において、前記高圧空気係給
    ラインの途中に空気エゼクタを介設し、該空気エ
    ゼクタの負圧発生部と前記洗浄室とを気体回収ラ
    インによつて接続すると共に、該気体回収ライン
    に不純物除去手段を設けたことを特徴とする高圧
    洗浄装置。 ２ 不純物除去手段が過器およびドレンタンク
    である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の高圧
    洗浄装置。 ３ 過器およびドレンタンクが、少くとも過
    器側に、ここを通過する気体を冷却する手段を有
    している実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の高
    圧洗浄装置。
