Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the running cost of and improve the power stability of a laser gas regenerator by disposing a hollow gas reservoir in a gas passage and extending gas sealing time. CONSTITUTION:There are arranged in series a vacuum pump 1 for collecting laser gas used from a laser head 4, a gas regenerating system 2 for regenerating the laser gas introduced through the pump 1 to original laser gas, and a flow controller 3 for supplying laser gas regenerated to a laser head 4 by controlling the flow rate of the laser gas. A hollow gas reservoir 6 is disposed in a gas passage from the pump 1 to the controller 3.
