材タンク５との連通部１９に配設され、前記加圧
用気体２６により弁体２２を作動せしめる開閉機
構２０と；前記加圧用気体２６の制御用バルブ２
７とより構成した管路内壁洗浄用の研磨材回収装
置。 (2) 前記連通部１９に弁座２１を形成すると共
に、加圧用気体２６の供給管２３の先端に弁体２
２を上下動自在に挿着し、該弁体２２を前記弁座
