CONSTITUTION:A valve body 16 is shaped into a bottomed cylinder opened downward, and the inside surface 16b of the opening end is largely chamfered to flare the whole opening end edge. When the valve body 16 is moved, the clearance between the valve body 16 and lower valve seat 9 is changed to adjust the flow of fluid. In this case, while a portion of the fluid flows into the interior of the valve body 16, the inside surface 16b of opening end of the valve body 16 is largely chamfered and flared to be funnel-shaped as a whole, so that resistance to the flow of fluid is hardly produced and the volume of the valve is increased.
