Claims (1)
消泡装置であつて、当該消泡装置はタンクを有し
、当該タンクは切削液を導入する導入口と、消泡
後の切削液を切削工程へと導出する切削液排出口
と、前記タンク内に設けられた消泡機構と、当該
消泡機構の下方にあつて大気側と連通する手段と
を有し、さらに前記消泡機構は微小な粒径の気泡
を除去する手段を有することを特徴とする切削液
用消泡装置。 (2) 請求項1記載の消泡装置において、消泡機
構は実質的にスチールウールの積層体で構成する
ことを特徴とする切削液用消泡装置。 (3) 請求項1または2記載の消泡装置において
、タンクにはタンク内に存在する気泡を消泡する
フアンと、前記切削液の液位を調整する液位調整
機構を有することを特徴とする切削液用消泡装置
。 (4) 請求項3記載の消泡装置において、液位調
整機構はタンクの側壁部に設けられて回動自在な
L字状管体であることを特徴とする切削液用消泡
装置。 (5) 請求項3記載の消泡装置において、大気と
連通する手段は切削液排出口近傍からタンク内壁
に沿つて大気と連通する複数の通気口であること
を特徴とする切削液用消泡装置。 (6) 請求項2記載の消泡装置において、当該積
層体をタンク内にあつて少なくとも二枚の網状部
材によつて挟設することを特徴とする切削液用消
泡装置。 (7) 請求項6記載の消泡装置において、網状部
材はスチールウールの積層体の少なくとも三つの
面を包被し、切削液はこの積層体の二面からその
内部に浸透するよう構成することを特徴とする切
