に溜る圧送用空気を脱気するための脱気管を吹込
管の上周部にそつて配設するとともにその先端部
を吹込管ノーズを貫通して脱気可能に吸込口を設
け、袋の開口部を気密的に封鎖して保持するため
の吹込管の外周部に設けたゴム製等の膨張管に圧
縮空気を送給する送気管を吹込管の外周面にそつ
て膨張管に送給自在に接続したことを特徴とする
