Abstract
PURPOSE: To make possible forming of a plug by simple construction by incorporating a valve plate to make opening/closing operation in the piping line, made of porous plate having air permeability and a pore diameter which does not allow particles to pass through.
CONSTITUTION: This device is composed of a blow tank 1 to store the particles to be transported, a secondary air tube 2 piercing the back of the discharge hole of blow tank 1 and open in the direction of transportation, and an opening/closing valve 6 to form a plug, pinched at the part where the transport tube 3 is connected with the discharge hole. This transport tube 3 extends to a cyclone 4, which is equipped with a reservoir 5 at its lower part. As the opening/closing valve 6, a valve plate provided with pores with a diameter smaller than particle size is set in the body and reciprocated by a power cylinder 7 attached, to open or close the transport line.
