Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain various pumping-up devices from small-sized to large-sized ones, by adopting a simple construction including a liquid-introduction means provided with a valve body and a liquid-discharge means provided with a nonreturn valve accommodated in a hollow main body provided with an introduction means as well as an exhaust means of compressed air.
CONSTITUTION: When a pipe 2 is changed over to an introduction state of compressed air from an exhaust state, the inner pressure in a device main body 1 is raised higher than the pressure of surrounding liquid, and a valve body 3a is closed to block a liquid-introduction port 3. When the compressed air is continued to be introduced, a nonreturn valve 4a is opened by the liquid contained in the device body 1, and the liquid is discharged to the outside through a liquid-discharge pipe 4. As the amount of liquid in the device 1 is detected by a proper detector, the introduction of the compressed air through the pipe 2 is intercepted, and the pipe 2 is returned to the exhaust state. Then, the valve body 3a is opened, and surrounding liquid is introduced again into the device main body 1 from the liquid-introduction port 3. This simple construction permits to obtain various pumping-up devices from small-sized to large-sized ones.
