Claims (1)
- 液位を検知すべき容器の壁面に形成した透孔の
内側に液密に嵌着する導電材製で中央に貫通孔を
有する基部電極と、この貫通孔に挿通され絶縁材
層を介して上記基部電極に対して貫通孔部分の液
密を保持した状態で固定し、容器内側端部を絶縁
材層から露出させた棒状電極と、両端を上記両電
極に接続し途中に電源と電流を検知する素子とを
直列に接続した導線とから成る液位検知装置。
