Claims (1)
- 中空部およびこれの軸方向両端に開口する一対
の流通孔を有する弁箱と、上記流通孔のいずれか
一方を開閉可能な弁体および軸方向の貫通孔を有
して軸方向位置を調節可能に上記中空部に内装さ
れた可動部材と、上記中空部を上記流通孔および
貫通孔と連通する内側部分と連通しない外側部分
とに流体密に区画して上記弁箱および可動部材の
相互対向端部間に張設された一対のベローズとを
具備してなるベローズシール弁。
