Claims (1)
- 弁箱と、流通孔およびこれの内端部に設けられ
た弁座を有して上記弁箱に着脱自在に取付けられ
た一対の弁座支持部材と、上記弁座のいずれか一
方と開閉自在に対向する弁体を有して上記弁箱に
往復動自在に設けられた駆動部材と、この駆動部
材の両端部と上記弁箱との間に張設され内部が上
記弁座支持部材の流通孔とそれぞれ連通する一対
のベローズと、上記駆動部材に開設され上記ベロ
ーズの内部を相互に連通する貫通孔とを具備して
なるベローズシール弁。
