Claims (1)
- １次流路と２次流路との間に設けられる高分子
材料製のシートを支持部の凹所に嵌着するように
したシート支持構造において、上記凹所の内部を
上記１次または２次流路と連通可能に上記支持部
に設けられた連通路を具備することを特徴とする
シート支持構造。
